Program Supervisor

As a mission-driven organization, we are intensely focused on expanding access to services and developing new and more effective ways of delivering supports and services to individuals with a range of intellectual and developmental disabilities.

  • Supervise and manage a caseload consisting of 10-15 individuals, ensuring adherence to program goals, timelines, and objectives.

  • Duties are split between the provision of direct support, professional or program activities and supervision.

  • Provides supports in residential, vocational and/or in-home settings.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize program performance and efficiency.

  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to program members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Monitor program activities and progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational goals.

  • Prepare regular reports and updates on program status, achievements, and challenges for management and stakeholders.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to the program area.

  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and workshops as required.

    Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required.

  • Proven experience in program management or a related field.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
