Program Supervisor

As a mission-driven organization, we are intensely focused on expanding access to services and developing new and more effective ways of delivering supports and services to individuals with a range of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Supervise and manage a caseload consisting of 10-15 individuals, ensuring adherence to program goals, timelines, and objectives.
Duties are split between the provision of direct support, professional or program activities and supervision.
Provides supports in residential, vocational and/or in-home settings.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize program performance and efficiency.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to program members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitor program activities and progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational goals.
Prepare regular reports and updates on program status, achievements, and challenges for management and stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to the program area.
Participate in meetings, trainings, and workshops as required.
Qualifications:
Associate degree required.
Proven experience in program management or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
