Behavior Analyst - BCBA

Position Overview: As a Behavior Analyst, you will work under the guidance of our Clinical Supervisor to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide training to support team members in assisting the individuals we serve. Our Clinical team focuses on creating individualized assessments and interventions tailored to each individual’s needs, aiming to enhance socially essential behaviors to help them thrive in their community.

Responsibilities:

  • Observe, Identify, analyze, and document various behavior problems in collaboration with individuals, families, and staff.

  • Develop and implement strategies to address identified problem areas.

  • Design and implement programs to enhance skills and provide ABA therapy daily.

  • Use your training and creativity to solve challenging behavioral issues effectively.

  • Create individualized treatment plans to improve the functional skills of the individuals served.

  • Train team members on behavioral analysis principles and individual programming for client success.

  • Collaborate with team members to translate treatment plans into measurable steps and benchmarks for evaluation and monitoring.

    Qualifications:

    Candidates for the position of Behavior Analyst should meet one of the following sets of educational and experiential requirements:

  • Master’s Program Enrollment: Enrolled in a Master’s program specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis or related mental health field. Or

  • Master’s Degree: Possess a Master’s degree in a mental health field that aligns with board certification

  • BCBA Certification (Preferred): While not mandatory, certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is preferred. Candidates actively working towards BCBA certification with documented fieldwork supervision will also be considered.

  • Supervised clinical experience of Coursework: A minimum of 2,000 hours of Supervised clinical experience or equivalent documented coursework related to the following areas:

  • ASD ( Autism Spectrum Disorder) Diagnostics

  • Developmental and behavioral treatment strategies

  • Mental Health.

    The qualifications ensure that candidates have the advanced education, certification, and practical experience necessary to fulfill the Behavior Analyst role and contribute to supporting and improving individuals with behavioral challenges and developmental disorders.

    Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience working with special populations, including crisis prevention, staff training, and development

  • Valid driver’s license, Current registration, and insurance

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • A compassionate and reliable attitude with a commitment to quality

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of behavior principles, program development, and monitoring techniques.

  • Strong customer service orientation and patience

  • Collaborative and creative approach to employee training.
