MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

Salary 75-85k

Mostly Remote Position with opportunity to set your own hours. Need to have understanding Medical/Clinical/Nursing Home operations, be able to speak to clinicians, 40 hr week, flexible schedule, Use your vehicle to canvass locations within an hour of Worcester MA, all mileage paid, Ideal individual will have medical sales/home health/skilled nursing marketing experience. Multiple areas of Sales Skills will work for this position. Attend Medical Sales events, Reach out to medical facilities/ Professionals to create opportunities for sales. Learn our business and effectively relay and sell those services to prospective clients. You should be an "out of the box" thinker, know how to find the "need behind the need", want to grow and not be satisfied with just getting by. Sevita Adult Day Health is seeking an Outreach Representative to serve as a liaison between our participants, their families and the community; enhancing community relationships, improving customer services/programs, and promoting a positive public image of the program. This position is responsible for raising awareness of the program and for developing and managing the pipeline of referrals for Adult Day Health (ADH) Programs and Home Health

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Collaborating with Strategic Development Director to create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans and community outreach efforts to support growth

Serves as a sales and marketing representative for designated locations to support expansion and growth of clinical programs and on behalf of the company

Serve as a point of contact between the organization and the community, along with potential new individuals served, families and referral sources to increase quality referrals and enrollments

Work with center/program staff to coordinate pre-enrollment process and to insure that prospects fully understand criteria and program offerings

Develop weekly/monthly outreach plans whereas the result is to engage with decision makers and referral generators

Assist potential new participants and his/her family with eligibility issues

Identify, develop, and foster relationships with the community, referral sources, and other community groups

Participates in business development and strategy planning sessions

Develop, plan, and/or coordinate various marketing activities within the center(s) as well as within the community

Assists in maintaining company branding/image standards

Attend various networking events and participate in professional networking groups, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree Preferred

3-5 years’ experience in a similar type of role

Homecare/medical sales experience required

Clinical liaison or experience in hospital setting

Experience in admissions/marketing in skilled nursing facility

Cross selling across multiple service lines

Experience in selling to physicians/medical community
