Sevita Licensed Social Work Supervisor in Baltimore, Maryland

Clinical Supervisor- Therapeutic Foster Care - LCSW-C

Are you an experienced social worker with supervisory experience, looking for more rewarding work? Bring your exceptional clinical and leadership skills to a team-based workplace that puts people first.

  • Supervise and provide clinical supervision to Bachelor’s and Master’s licensed clinical coordinators,

  • Review treatment plans and clinical notes to ensure quality services are provided for clients; proactively address any client issues with respect to therapeutic services.

  • Establish liaisons with DSS, OMHC’s and foster parents to ensure coordinated service delivery to the client. Consult on treatment teams meetings with DSS.

  • Regularly review documentation to ensure program compliance with all corporate and legal requirements and ensure adherence to accreditation standards within COMAR.

  • Participate in meetings regarding program development, policies, and procedures, etc. as needed.

  • Assemble program data as needed.

  • Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled and provide consultation with team members as needed.

  • May implement crisis intervention emergency procedures, participate in Utilization Review, Quality Assurance and investigations. Conduct internal staff evaluations.

  • Assist in the overall management of the program and staff as directed or in the absence of Program Director. May oversee recruitment, matching, performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and reimbursement for foster parents. Provide feedback on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolve employee problems within position responsibilities.

  • Ensure development of comprehensive training for clinical staff and foster parents.

    Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work required.

  • Maryland Issued LCSW-C required. Board Supervisor approval preferred.

  • Three years of related experience required, with one year preferred of experience in clinical supervision.

  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance

  • Demonstrated skills with Microsoft Office.

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources.

  • Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.
